Do you accept personel checks or money orders?
Personel checks and money orders are accepted, however, your order will not be processed nor shipped until your payment has been made to us.
Do you offer a printed catalogue?
In order to keep your costs down, as well as our expenses, we do not offer a printed catalogue. Everything we have available for your event is included on our website and easy to order.
How do I return damaged merchandise?

Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipment, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacement in time for your event.

All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.  NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.

1.    Who this merchandise is from, (your name, address and phone number )

2.    Whether you want a replacement or a refund

3.    Why it is being returned.  (Sometimes damages are not readily apparent. Help us find the damage so we can hopefully eliminate it's cause in future shipments.)
