Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipment, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacement in time for your event.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS.
