If you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets canceled), we will take back the merchandise up to 3 months after the date that we ship it to you. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only - round trip freight must be at your expense. Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items. We do not accept returns on any candy or food items.

Please include a note inside the box stating the following:

1. Who this merchandise is from, (your name, address and phone number )
2. Whether  you want a replacement or a refund
3. Why it is being returned.  

This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.  

Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable.  We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event.

All damage or shortage claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 DAYS. 

The minimum sample order is $25 and at least 10 samples. You can order 1 each of any favor item in our catalog. For items sold as sets, the sample will be 1 set of the item. Samples will be charged at the minimum order quantity price (the highest price).

If your sample order totals at least $75, we will deduct a 20% discount from the total. If your sample order totals at least $150, we will deduct a 40% discount from your total. No discounts will be given on samples of Mikasa items or accessory items (bubbles, candy, etc.).

We are not always able to accept sample orders during the peak wedding season of March through August. Check with us to see if we can fill your order during that time period.

We reserve the right to refuse these special services at any time.  

In the event of a price change, the price in effect at the time you place the order will prevail.

There is no overall $ minimum. Each item has its own minimum quantity.  As long as you order that minimum quantity, there are no other minimums or service charges.
